That’s supposed to be the soundtrack of The Twilight Zone! lol! 😀 Meant to denote any weird phenomenon like feathers suspended in air (with no visible means of support, i.e., by Magic!) 😀

I did see a couple of strands and assumed it to be stuck in a web. Every once in a while when walking in the woods, I’ll come upon a leaf or pine needle hanging in mid-air from an invisible strand and it always evokes a ‘woo-woo’ reaction from me. 🙂
