I like quite a few of the filter effects, but it surprised me how much the underlying image affects the result. Some mixes just don’t work, some are fun.

Thanks Val! It’ fun to cycle through the filters and see what happens. (Plus I already did a post on persimmons. The fruit themselves haven’t changed at all since last year!)

The persimmons are delicious, like last year. But this year we know more about when to pick them. And we’ve given lots & lots away.

Thanks Gigi. The fruit is so plentiful, and the color is delightful. It was fun trying out the filters, to discover which best conveys my feeling from the image.
