Working in the garden this morning, this beautiful scary spider was trying to go unnoticed. As soon as I noticed him (her?) he started hoisting himself up to the roof.
I don’t know what kind of spider it is. Let me know if you know. He lives in Los Angeles, if that’s any help.

Found him – it’s a jumping spider – “phidippus adumbratus”
